Can I return items from different orders together?

Yes, if you have several orders shipped by beautycrew you can send them back to us in one parcel. If you want to return beautycrew and Partner items please put them into separate parcels. Partner items are marked with “Sold by a Partner” in the order overview in your customer account.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 03 days after you handed over the return parcel to the carrier. Please make sure to keep the return receipt from the carrier until you have received your refund.

Which carrier can I use to return my parcel?

You can find this information on the return label. If you are using a return code, you can return your parcel via DHL or Hermes.

How long is the return code valid?

The return code will continue to be valid throughout the 30 day return period. If you haven’t had a chance to drop off your parcel during this time, you can find a valid code in the ‘Returns’ section of your account.
